Greco Pursues Individualized Cross-Cultural Experience

Emily Greco recently spent time in Washington D.C, for Susquehanna University's cross-cultural requirement.

Susquehanna is distinguished by its Global Opportunities (GO) program, which requires that all students spend at least two weeks off campus, immersed in a culture different from their own. The GO Your Own Way option allows students to fill this requirement through a self-designed program, or a study away, internship or service trip that is not offered through the university.

Greco was a college volunteer at the Kids & Culture Camp. The camp, which is bilingual, teaches children about different countries, such as Argentina and Zimbabwe. The students range from three to 12 years old.
