Henry Pursues Individualized Cross-Cultural Experience

Brittany Henry recently spent time in East Waterford, Pa, for Susquehanna University's cross-cultural requirement.

Susquehanna is distinguished by its Global Opportunities (GO) program, which requires that all students spend at least two weeks off campus, immersed in a culture different from their own. The GO Your Own Way option allows students to fill this requirement through a self-designed program, or a study away, internship or service trip that is not offered through the university.

Henry participated in a mission trip where she assisted in home renovations for East Waterford residents living in poverty.
