Ian Reilly is serving an internship this summer at Columbia Records .

Reilly's responsibilities include organizing and updating tour grids and schedules for artists, keeping track of contacts and working on artist development. Through the course of the internship, he will gain experience by gaining experience in the music business field through organizing events .
