Susquehanna, a liberal arts university, focuses on intellectual development, global competence and career success. We offer a nationally recognized study abroad program and more than 100 majors and minors in business, humanities, arts and sciences. Students develop critical thinking, writing, teamwork and communication skills which, combined with internships and research opportunities, prepare them for a lifetime of personal and professional success. Small classes enable faculty members to serve as mentors, as well as teachers. Ninety-six percent of Susquehanna students are employed or in graduate or professional school within six months of graduation.

Susquehanna Students Participate in LeaderShape
35 Susquehanna University students participated in the school's annual LeaderShape program in January. The LeaderShape Institute is a six-day leadership seminar for college students, focusing on a range of activities and informational sessions that build community and inspire participants to be better campus leaders. The program engages students, faculty and staff facilitators, and aims to both strengthen the network of existing campus leaders and prepare newer students for future leadership roles.

Students Assume Enactus Leadership Roles

Enactus is an international, nonprofit organization that challenges students from more than 1,600 campuses in 36 countries to take what they are learning in the classroom and use it to improve local and international communities. During its competitive history, SU Enactus has consistently placed high in regional and national competitions that measure team success.

The Susquehanna student body has elected several classmates to represent them in the Student Government Association (SGA) this year.
